2. Formation of contract

1. With your order you make an offer to us to enter into a contract with you.
2. you will receive confirmation of receipt of your order via e-mail to your specified e-mail address (Order Confirmation).
3. The purchase agreement is completed by the shipment of the order confirmation e-mail to you, and recieving the payment
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of no payment during 2 weeks.

3. Prices and shipping

1. All prices shown are final. By default, they include VAT and are valid for EU-residents.
2. After choosing a shipping address outside the European Union during the ordering process, or after the login of a client whose address is outside the EU, the displayed prices contain 0% tax (tax-free export).
In case of export, the customer has to take into account other expences, such as customs and import VAT in the destination country.
3. Additionaly to the prices we calculate shipping.
The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

4. Guaranty

The 2-years guaraty is based on the german statutory provisions.

5. Conditions of delivery

We ship ordered items within 24 hours of receiving payment. The exception is at the weekend and holidays when your order will be processed on the first working day following your transaction.
If we temporarily will not be able to keep this term, the customers will be informed about it on the start page.

6. Refunds and returns

We offer a full refund of your payment (purchase price and shipping), if you are unhappy with your purchase. Items must be returned in the original or another safe packaging within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We do not refund your returning postage.
Demaged or lost goods will be replaced, or if no more available - refunded.
